Godsend

I have always assumed that the word Godsend means the literally. God-sent.

After checking dictionary.com, I found out that it isn't quite true.

Variation 1:
Something wanted or needed that comes or happens unexpectedly.

Variation 2:
a sudden happening that brings good fortune (as a sudden opportunity to make money); "the demand for testing has created a boom for those unregulated laboratories where boxes of specimen jars are processed like an assembly line."

And we come back to the same question. What is Life? In the recent movie and an old time favorite book, the Hitchhiker's Guide to Galaxy, the author Douglas Adams mentioned that the answer to the question is , us. Life is the Earth and the people and the animals and whatever lifeform on it. It is an answer that is so immense and overwhelming, that Douglas sums it up that easily. We are Life. It can be seen, touch and felt, it is all around us. We don't need to question that. And actually, we don't. Until people began to become bored. They start to step unto what is unrequired of them. Stuff that brings more and more questions that cannot be answered nor verified. And of course, this whole phenomenon is also part of Life.

Blogging is a Godsend. I'm using my literal form. Which means it's a blessing invention, or innovation. I like to visit other people's blog to peek into their little window of Life. And in doing so, I can understand a little of their agony and their fears, their joys and their love. Humans are just so nice to observe. If I can be a God, sitting there just looking at the little movements below, I would be contented. Assuming that I'm above and I'm not a small deity.

Meanwhile, billiards have been most interesting. I'm beginning to start to understand the physics of the game. Straight shots are not necessarily easy, in fact it is said that 35 degree shots are the easiest. Hard shots include near-90 degree angles. I can't seem to do a good break recently, but at least I found out the way to pot in the 8-ball in 8ball on the break would be to hit in between the 2nd and 3rd ball with a low-english strike.
